We also supply curd filters, which use the cloth bag drainage approach. Stainless steel structures support filters, allowing bags to be filled efficiently and reliably with curdled milk. Once the whey is drained using pneumatic rams, the curd is transferred to forming and cooling stations.
Pressing and filling can be either manual, or pre-set, programed and automated, while washable multi-nozzle tubes ensure accuracy, efficiency and ease of cleaning. There is also an option to install an automatic moveable filling device that can feed several filters.
